33. If a driver gets into a collision the driver must show the other driver his or her:

1. License, vehicle registration and rate card (If Taxicab or SHL), or tell the name and phone number of his base (if in a FHV vehicle)
2. E-Z Pass
3. Birth certificate
4. Social Security card
