25. Where in NYC are Street Hail Liveries (SHL) allowed to pick up street hails?

SHL or a.k.a Boro/Green Taxi are able to pick up street hail passengers, in Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island and Northern Manhattan (North of W. 110th st, and North of East 96th st.). And can pickup passengers at Laguardia Airport and Kennedy Airport only by prearrangement.
